An award winning architect, Gajendra co-founded SPPARC in 2009, after having gathered diverse experience through academic stays, architectural practice and travel in Asia, Europe and North America. Since then, under his guidance, SPPARC has been firmly established as a leading design firm reputed for its innovative approach, efficiency, cost-effectiveness and resource consciousness. Not only has Gajendra spearheaded a series of competition winning architecture and urban design projects, he is also the fountainhead of SPPARC’s social innovation projects.
 
Passionate about solving social issues through his pioneering design approach, Gajendra believes that nurturing young architecture and planning professionals is also a crucial determinant in shaping a better future. He himself actively contributes to this belief in the capacity of research guide for students from reputed academic institutions such as the School of Planning and Architecture, Delhi.

Pratyush Prasan co-founded SPPARC in 2009 and is a prominent proponent of practicing "Cost- Effective and Environmentally Friendly" methods of construction. Starting his practice in 2007, he has successfully managed to offer design consultancy in various fields including architecture, product design, interior design and planning. He has designed numerous projects of a wide variety and size including a number of design competitions and is at present working in a number of states all over India.

Pratyush is also a Visiting faculty and Dissertation guide at the School of Planning and Architecture, Delhi. He addressed and gave lecture to the IAS and RBS Officer Trainees on low cost housing at the Lal Bahadur Shastri National Academy of Administration, Mussoorie. He was guest speaker on "New Technologies in Construction & Affordable Housing" at "Bengal Builds" a Conclave on Urban Infrastructure Development, jointly hosted by the Government of West Bengal & CREDAI Bengal. Previously he held posts of  Executive Coordinator and Treasurer of the National Association of Students of Architecture.
